Stepping in also shows that the entire place is more or less untouched save for Alhaitham's boots being carelessly tossed aside—yet another indication of his status.
But given how small these apartments are, it only takes a few steps to find the man himself, who has curled himself up on the couch, his cape and various other accessories scattered onto the ground close by (save for his earpieces, which have managed to be placed onto the coffee table).]
