While that may be true that not all problems can be solved with kind words, it's easier to share the burden with another, isn't it? It would honestly be worse if I knew you were struggling but chose not to do anything to help. Even if I can't offer the solution to all your problems, I can at least offer you an ear to listen and a shoulder to cry on if you need.
